FlowDeck macOS reaches 1.0. The theme of this release is the quality of the work your agents hand back: the standards they hold themselves to, and the evidence they show you when they say something is done.

Engineering Standards

Studio now includes a set of Engineering Standards that help your agents generate better code, communicate accurately, and keep your project organized. They are active by default, and you can review them in Settings.

Agents that show their work

Studio guides agents to spend more of a turn validating what they built. That proof now arrives where you are already looking: screenshots and images render inline in the conversation, so a screenshot an agent takes appears in the transcript as a thumbnail you can click instead of a file path you have to go and open.

Grok Build

Grok Build joins Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode as an agent you can run sessions with, with its own models in the picker.

Simulator location, by address

Location has its own control in the simulator strip, and you can add custom locations by searching for an address rather than typing coordinates.

Improvements

• Destination pickers group by platform everywhere, and iPadOS simulators are told apart from iOS.

• Simulator input runs inside FlowDeck rather than spawning a helper process for every tap, keystroke, and gesture.

• The model list was rebuilt: providers collapse, each one searches, you can select or deselect a whole provider at once, and Refresh re-discovers every catalog so a newly installed model appears without relaunching.

• Executing a plan carries the model and effort you picked in the sheet into the new session, instead of asking again.

• Effort levels in Open Quickly resolve against the model the session is actually on.

• The task banner scrolls, keeps up to seven rows in view, and follows the task the agent is working on.

• Queued follow-up rows show their attachments, so you can see what a waiting message is carrying.

• Long streams are lighter on the machine: deltas are batched per tick and design tokens are cached, so a fast-streaming answer no longer drives the interface as hard.

• The diff sidebar opens at a usable width on first launch, and toggling it no longer leaves a stray platter behind the control.

• Selected rows in Project Settings are visible again.

• Closing a session selects the topmost session still open, instead of walking to a neighbor you did not mean to land on.

Stability

An OpenCode or ACP turn always reaches an end. Four separate defects could leave the spinner and the elapsed clock running forever, and one silently emptied the task panel. A provider-shaped stop reason now counts as success rather than a failure that also discarded your queued follow-ups.
